Transparency of information

The openness of the Company to the society is fairly important for gaining leading positions on the market.

Since long ago have we defined for ourselves that all processes in the Company should be open for those interested. Working in accordance with international financial reporting standards, we provide our shareholders and potential investors with full information on the financial status of the Company.

Taking an active position in the business community, monitoring key events in the industry, participating in most significant conferences and conventions, we declare our position and demonstrate expertise on the Russian fashion market. In 2008 the top management of the Company appeared as speakers at such biggest summits devoted to development of the market as Summit of retail CEOs named «1000 first» (Moscow, Russia), retail congress named «Know- How in Fusion Style» (Ghurgada, Egypt), Fashion director (Moscow, Russia) and in over than 10 more similar conventions.

Adhering to the principle of openness of information, we shape the external attitude to the Company as to a reliable partner that can be a counterpart in mutually beneficial collaboration.


Social responsibility of the business

Effective development of business enables the Company to duly and promptly pay taxes to all levels of the state budget, to support social projects and provide the Company’s employees with social guarantees.

In 2008 we transferred to regional and federal budgets taxes and customs fees amounting to RUR more than 360 million.

We are responsible to our customer for high quality of our product, to the staff for appropriate working conditions and competitive salary, to society for the Company’s compliance with laws, rules, norms, values as well as for diligent business operations.

Ecological safety of the product

In our business relations, we collaborate only with those suppliers that meet all ecological norms in manufacturing our product and that are fully certified in accordance with ISO standards and meet ecological laws of their countries, availing of sufficient resources for controlling the quality of the raw materials that they use.

The quality and safety of our products have been certified by sanitary-epidemiological statements and declarationsми covering all merchandise that is on sale in our shops.
